It's quick, simple, secure and available at a time to suit you. Many of our forms can be filled out on your smartphone, computer or tablet.

You can even use computers at the Shepway Civic Centre if you don't have internet access.

We have also introduced a new appointment service for visitors to the civic centre. Making an appointment in advance means that we won't keep you waiting and you can save your time.
